Over the last two decades and in parallel to learning Iyengar yoga, Sally has been a craftsperson, become a parent, skied, danced, explored nature, enjoyed people and learned to rest when the world feels overstimulating. She loves the creativity of teaching within the structure and rigour of the Iyengar method and the way the holistic nature of yoga practice positively shifts whatever state of physical, mental or emotional health we bring to the mat.
Sally is a Level 1 Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher.
